ZhyDen Financial Group respects your privacy choices and provides you with the ability to control how your data is used, shared, or disclosed.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, we may share limited data with third-party service providers (such as lenders, analytics tools, or advertising platforms) to improve your experience or offer relevant financial products. Under certain state laws, this type of sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.”

2. How to Submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” Request

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of the following ways:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and process it within 45 days, as required by law.

3. What Happens After You Opt Out

Once your request is verified, ZhyDen will:

  • Stop sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Continue using your information only for core business functions, such as processing applications, maintaining accounts, complying with legal obligations, and detecting fraud.
  • Apply your opt-out choice automatically to future interactions with our website and services (if you use the same browser or account).
  • If you clear cookies or use a different browser/device, you may need to submit a new request.

4. Verification of Requests

To protect your information, we must verify your identity before processing your request. Depending on the type of information involved, we may request that you:

  • Provide identifying details (name, email, phone number, or business name)
  • Confirm specific data associated with your ZhyDen account or application

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission or proof of power of attorney.

5. Exceptions

Your opt-out rights do not apply to:

  • Information used solely to complete transactions or provide services you requested
  • Disclosures required by law, regulation, or court order
  • Data shared with vendors acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you

6. Global Privacy Control (GPC) Signal

Our website supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a valid GPC signal, we will automatically process it as an opt-out request for the device and browser used.

Depending on the state where your business is located and other attributes of your business and the loan, your business loan may be issued by a member of the ZhyDen partnerships. Your loan agreement will identify the lender prior to your signing. Loans subject to lender approval.

* Same Day Funding is only available in certain states, for term loans up to $100K. Eligibility window is Monday-Friday before 10:30am EST. If checkout is done before 10:30am EST, funds will be available by 5pm local time the same day. The average rate for term loans is 60.9% APR and the average rate for lines of credit is 52.6% APR. Averages are based on loans originated in the half-year ending March 31, 2023.
